General Terms & Conditions – specific terms will be on the booking forms

  • All hired items remain the property of Lets-Celebrate.co.uk.
  • Lets-Celebrate.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage caused to individuals, property or venue, however sustained arising from goods under hire.
  • Any amendments to the agreement and order must be made in writing and sent recorded delivery or emails, and confirmation from us returned to you.
  • Lets-Celebrate.co.uk holds the right to use any photography of events for promotional purposes unless advised otherwise by the hirer.
  • A deposit is required alongside this booking form to secure your booking: a booking will not be classed as confirmed nor put into the diary until the deposit is received.
  • We are happy to accept approximate numbers to ensure your event is secured. Numbers must be finalised 8 weeks prior to the event and remaining balance settled.
  • If numbers decreased after the full payment has been settled, refunds cannot be issued.
  • Cancellation of an event within 8 weeks of the event booked date, will require a payment of 50% of the total cost. If you cancel outside of this time we will only keep your original deposit. Deposits are non-refundable
  • All prices include set up at your venue – delivery charges may apply outside our local area (please ask for details).
  • Any amendments in numbers must be put into writing, telephone messages will not be accepted, this is to prevent any discrepancies/confusion on the day.
