Do you supply invitation samples?
YES! - It’s hard to get a true idea of what a design is actually like by looking at a picture, so a sample invitation is a good idea before ordering, we will happily do this for you, the day samples are just £4 each and the flat evening sample are £2 each, with the volumn of samples we send out each day, this is just a small charge to cover costs, this can be credited on your invoice if you then go on to order from us. If you have placed an order with us you will automatically be sent samples after we have received all of your insert wording.
Can we meet you to view the designs and to discuss our requirements?
Of course! We have shop premises in Alsager where we keep all of our design albums. Call our design team now on 07876680043 to arrange a mutually convenient time and date.
I can’t see a design on your website or in the brochure that matches my colour theme, is there anything you can do?
If you have a piece of your colour swatch that you can spare, then bring it down to our shop or pop it in the post and we can go through all our other albums (there are so many more that wont fit on our website!).
I have my own idea for a design, would you be able to help?
Definitely! We love the challenge of designing something new, and you would have something unique that no other couple has used before.
How much notice do I need to give you to produce my order?
4 - 5 months prior to your wedding is a good time to start ordering your Day and Evening invitations. Once the acceptances start to drop through your letter box, you will have a better idea of how many Order of The Day, Menus, Placecards, Thank You Cards etc you will then need to order. If you are stuck for time and have left the ordering until last minute, then don’t panic, we can usually turn round an order in a short time.
How much do I need to pay when confirming my order?
Once you are happy with your design and are ready to order, we will require full payment for the day and evening invitations. All other items can be provisionally ordered and then paid for in full when you have received your acceptances from guests. You can pay via cheque, Paypal or you could even pop into our shop and pay cash if you prefer. Before you pay you will be sent an invoice either in the post or via paypal. Paypal is very easy and extremely secure to pay via your credit/debit card, and you don’t even need to have an account with them! A surcharge will be added to your order when paying via Paypal to cover their charges. Cheques can be made payable to “Lets-Celebrate”.
I love the design on the sample you sent but I need to change something, is this ok?
Of course it is, the sample is only a draft and is something to work on. If you would like to change any detail on the sample or even choose a completely new design then call us and we can arrange for a new sample to be sent to you with your changes. Don’t be worried about ‘hurting our feelings’ you won’t! It’s your wedding stationery so we want you to be completely happy with your stationery, so we will keep sending samples until you're happy!
We don’t live in the UK, will you deliver overseas?
We will deliver anywhere and use 1st class recorded delivery at all times.
If I run out of invitations and only need 1 more, is this ok?
If you only need 1 extra invitation, no problem, we have no minimum ordering, so order as many as you need. Just let us have at least 2 weeks notice to get the extras made and posted out to you, sometimes this may be longer but we will advise you of this.
